Umpqua Basin Water Association, Inc is a Non Profit Member Based Water District. It began in 1965 and is located in the rural portion of Roseburg located in Douglas County, Oregon. We serve 100 square miles of area and we have currently over 271 miles of water pipeline in the ground. The Association serves a population of about 8600 people with over 3200 connections.

The water source for Umpqua Basin Water is the North Umpqua River which is one of the best sources of surface waters in the State of Oregon.
